In this workshop we will demonstrate how to create basis spectra for deconvolution of multi-wavelength data, and introduce the Spectral Analysis tools available in UltraScan: 1. Global fitting of multiple absorbance scans, 2. Spectral decomposition tool. Once spectral basis vectors are available, multi-wavelength SV and ABDE data can be directly analyzed. We will demonstrate the entire workflow of experimental design and data acquisition, basic analysis with 2DSA, the multiwavelength fit simulation for wavelength synchronization (initial simulated scan files), Species decomposition (Species fit), and visualization. For ABDE experiments, we present the data analysis workflow.
