This workshop will provide an introduction into the GMP modules available in UltraScan. UltraScan offers a comprehensive GMP data processing suite for cGMP environments, which has already been successfully validated for multiple Biopharma companies. It includes complete instrument control and data acquisition, a protocol development module, automatic LIMS import, fully automatic data analysis for sedimentation velocity experiments and multi-wavelength analytical buoyant density equilibrium (ABDE) experiments for viral vectors, comprehensive and automatic reporting, electronic signatures and audit trails, and satisfies 21 CFR part 11. GMP processing and automation is also relevant in academic and R&D environments, and offers important benefits even if the research environment is not validated. Therefore, this workshop is also of great value to academic users. In this workshop, we will demonstrate the features in UltraScan GMP and explain the workflows.
