This workshop will focus on size distribution analysis of AAV samples and cover the following topics:
- The relationship between sample components and their sizes
- The relationship between size distributions and different analytical methods, including the principles of each method
- Parameters required for data analysis using each method
- Size distributions of particles approximately 100 nm or smaller sizes
- Three types of analytical ultracentrifugation methods
- Required parameters for accurate quantitation of each species
- The advantages and limitations of analytical ultracentrifugation
- Correlations with other analytical methods, Mass Photometry, Charge Detection Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, ELISA/PCR, and UV absorption spectroscopy
