This hands-on workshop will introduce the Optima cGMP Software Suite and demonstrate its use for both experimental setup and data analysis. Using real-world case studies, participants will learn how to configure new methods, analyze completed experiments, and generate compliant reports. Application examples will include SV-AUC characterization of IgG molecules, peptide population distribution analysis, and AAV empty/fullcapsid ratio determination. Attendees will gain insight into the complete workflow—from experiment design and data acquisition through analysis, report generation, and export of the final PDF report—providing a practical understanding of the software’s capabilities in regulated environments. In addition, this workshop will also demonstrate hands on use of the new AUC cell alignment tool.
