Alexander Yarawsky · Tuesday, 25 August 2026, 08:45 – 10:45 · Session 5
Room 101172
This workshop is targeted to those familiar with the fundamentals of AUC, and who are interested in learning how to globally fit SV-AUC data. Direct boundary fitting to a model provides benefits over fitting Sw isotherms. SedAnal is extremely flexible and users can build custom models to fit against. This workshop will aim to familiarize users with a workflow for using SedAnal to analyze (and simulate) SV-AUC data from interacting systems. Participants are encouraged to follow along on their own computers and bring their own data for assistance. A copy of the latest SedAnal release and datasets will be provided prior to the workshop.
Topics will include:
- SedAnal installation
- Preprocessing data
- Model-independent analysis
- Building a model
- Fitting and simulating data to a model
- Error analysis
- Overall interpretation and revisiting experimental design
